So we are at our wits end with this market and have decided to rent out our house. If anyone is interested in renting it or know of someone who may be interested please let us know. We will give a great deal to someone if we know we can trust them. It is move in ready!
Finding good renters really scares me. We've been landlords in the past and have had renters tear our house apart and pay late all the time. It is not something I look forward to, but necessary at this time. Good times ahead... I can feel it! :)

you should try the insitute. Usually you can trust THOSE people.
You'd think institute would be a good start... but that is where our last tenants were from... poo!
Sorry I don't keep up on blogs as much as I would like to but I was catching up when I saw that your daughter was using the phrase "remember we eat fish" I am not totally sure but I think it is from finding nemo I haven't seen it for awhile. The one shark is talking to the other and I think he says "Remember we eat fish." given the fact that she ends conversations like that still doesn't really make sense. I love kids and there funny phrases. My BFF's little boy would be pretending has talking on the phone and say "Shut up" She was shocked and told him that telling someone to "shut up wasn't very nice. The next day she was on the phone and the person on the other line said something surprising and she said "No way, Shut up" Meaning "are you serious" kids are so smart. You just gotta Love Them
Oh man, I feel your pain. We are so in the same boat. I have tried advertising on craigslist and with the singles ward and the family ward, and still nothing! Let me know how you end up finding a renter. I even put it as my status on facebook hoping I could drum up some action. Good luck!
